Tyler, the Creator Returns with New Song ‘LUMBERJACK’
After teasing new music, Tyler, the Creator returns with his new song and video for “LUMBERJACK.”
The Wes Anderson-inspired clip, which clocks in under 80 seconds, opens with Tyler on a bed before he jumps up after receiving a phone call.
“I hit Drizzy and told him I had a milli for him,” he raps over DJ Drama ad libs.
While getting his nails done, he boasts about owning his companies (“Tell ’em to keep the loan”), his good credit score, and buying a Rolls-Royce with an umbrella. “Call me lumberjack ’cause I wish a ni**a would,” says Tyler before the video ends with him in a blizzard.
Tyler is now readying his first album since 2019’s Grammy-winning IGOR. He has been dropping visual teasers and even shared a phone number where fans can preview his new music.
