Summer Walker, SZA, and Cardi B Drop ‘No Love (Extended Version)’
Summer Walker taps Cardi B for the extended version of her SZA collaboration “No Love.”
Cardi gets in her feelings while flexing her vocal chops on the R&B jam. “I just want to be everything you need / I wish you could see how you hurting me,” she sings. “I got no more love, this time I’m done with that / I’m thinking of ways that I can hurt you back.”
Along with the song, the ladies team up in the astrology-inspired video. An angelic Cardi joins Summer in the clouds before Summer and SZA perform a sexy routine on the pole.
“This is one of my favorite songs,” Cardi gushed while on Instagram Live. “I’m so proud of Summer Walker. I feel like she stepped out of her element. I’m so proud of her. She’s an amazing artist, she’s an amazing person.”
Speaking with Apple Music, Summer praised her collaborator. “She is nice and talented,” she said of Cardi. “She surprised me because I didn’t think she was going to switch it up the way she did. She tried something new, but she blew my mind because it was really good. I just let her do what she wanted to do.”
“No Love” is the second single off Summer’s sophomore album Still Over It, which was released in November. Cardi is also featured on the album’s opening track “Bitter.”
