Loki Targets Close-Knit Crowd For First Solo Live Show
Loki Targets Close-Knit Crowd For First Solo Live Show. South African rapper Loki is stepping into a new chapter with the announcement of his debut solo live performance. Instead of going big, the famed artist is choosing a close, carefully curated experience built for just 100 fans who either know his music or are ready to discover it.

Taking to social media, Loki shared his vision for the show, expressing his desire to create something personal and immersive. He explained that the first edition will cater to a small crowd that can fully connect with his catalogue. The idea is simple but powerful: a room filled with people who can sing along to every word or are willing to learn.
He also teased a potential setlist packed with fan favourites, including Section, Qoloqolo, Cold Summer, Homeground, Shoda Ngami, Asambe, Amaphanta, Rutle and Baddies. Alongside these, Loki plans to introduce exclusive, unreleased tracks from his upcoming album, giving attendees a first listen in a live setting.
“Ekse I really want to do my own show….maybe first 1 will hold about a 100 people …100 people who know my catalogue or want to know it so we all sing songs like Section , Qoloqolo , Cold summer , Homeground , Shoda Ngami , Asambe , Amaphanta , Rutle , Baddies & some exclusives coming from the album! How many of you would come hold down the boy? An actual live show that I will document as we grow it to something big….” He wrote.
More than just a performance, the rapper sees this as the foundation of something bigger. He intends to document the entire process, capturing the growth of the show from this first intimate gathering into larger-scale experiences over time.
The decision to start small highlights Loki’s commitment to authenticity. Rather than rushing into major venues, he is focusing on building a genuine connection with his audience. The aim is to create an atmosphere where fans are not just spectators but active participants in the performance.
