EBK Jaaybo Arrested for Weapons, Drug and Theft Charges

EBK Jaaybo is behind bars again after being arrested in Arkansas on multiple charges.
EBK Jaaybo Arrested Again
On Sunday (May 18), the Stockton, Calif. rapper was booked by the Arkansas State Police on charges of criminal use of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance and theft by receiving. Few details have been released about the arrest. The latest news comes after Jaaybo was arrested in March. He was out on bond in connection with that legal matter when he was arrested over the weekend.

EBK Jaaybo’s Legal Issues
EBK Jaaybo’s growing buzz has been paralleled by his mounting legal issues. The 21-year-old rapper has spent much teens behind bars. He was released from jail on Feb. 6 after serving over a year in the San Joaquin County Jail for illegal gun possession. During his time behind bars, he released the album The Reaper, which featured the hit single “Boogieman.”
However, exactly one month after his release, on March 6, he was arrested again following a traffic stop in Carson and charged with possession of ammunition, possession of a controlled substance, driving without a license and violating his probation. He was released on bond on March 19.
EBK Jaaybo had been capitalizing off his freedom by releasing new music and winning PlaqueBoyMax’s Song Wars series. Jaaybo was recently announced as a performer on YoungBoy Never Broke Again’s Masa Tour, which is set to kick off on Sept. 2. The Cali rapper also recently revealed his new album, Don’t Trust Me, is slated to drop on May 30.
