On Thursday (April 10), TMZ published a report revealing the Cash Money Records founder and his longtime girlfriend, R&B singer Toni Braxton, officially tied the knot last summer on Aug. 8. 2024. Things appeared to have gotten off to a rocky start. According to the celebrity news site, Braxton filed for divorce just two weeks later, saying the relationship was “irretrievably broken.” However, it appears both parties have had a change of heart. In January, Braxton dismissed the divorce petition and Birdman reportedly signed off as well.

Birdman and Toni Braxton have been seeing each other for nearly a decade. Back as far as 2017, there were rumors that the couple had gotten married. The following year, the music exec confessed his love for Braxton on an episode of The Wendy Williams Show.

“T, that’s my girl, my friend, my family… that’s my love, my soldier, my life. She’s my life. I love her to death,” Birdman said during the solo interview.

In 2019, the couple was the subject of breakup rumors. Then, in December of 2023, there were rumors that they got married during a private ceremony in Mexico. Braxton addressed the speculation in a post on social media writing, “My dear friend [Birdman] and I are not married…never been married. We are both single.”
