Shocking New Video Shows Mo3 Being Chased Down by Alleged Killer

Prosecutors showed shocking new video footage during Yella Beezy‘s bond hearing yesterday of Mo3 being chased down by his alleged killer with a gun. The incident occurred on a busy highway in 2020.
Video of Mo3 Shooting Shown During Bond Hearing
On Wednesday (March 26), Yella Beezy appeared before a Dallas judge after being arrested for capital murder on March 20 and accused of paying someone to kill Mo3 in 2020. During the hearing, the prosecution showed the judge video of Mo3 being gunned down on Interstate 35 in Dallas on Nov. 11, 2020. This isn’t the first time video of the moments leading up to the deceased rapper’s death have been shown, however, it is a different view.
The video appears to have been taken from the dashcam of an 18-wheeler. In the clip, which can be seen below, Mo3 is driving a gold sedan when a black car pulls up next to him. Mo3 swerves and eventually pulls to a complete stop.
Mo3 gets out of his car and walks around to the passenger side while keeping an eye on the black car. A man then emerges from the black car with a rifle and begins chasing Mo3 while firing shots. The rapper runs off camera, as does his assailant. The gunman eventually emerges back on screen and hops back in his vehicle.
Born Melvin Noble, Mo3 succumbed to the gunshot wounds he suffered during the shooting.

Yella Beezy’s Bond Lowered
State prosecutors showed the video in the bond hearing to bolster their argument that Yella Beezy, who is accused of hiring the gunman, should not be released on bond and is a danger to the community. In addition, prosecutors also revealed to the court that Beezy withdrew $40,000 from his account days after Mo3’s murder.
Judge Chika Anyiam ultimately reduced Yella Beezy’s bond from $2 million to $750,000. She also provided some stipulations.
“You are to have no contact, direct or indirect, no threatening or harassment of any victims or witnesses. If it’s you or anybody on your behalf, there’s going to be a problem. Do you understand that?” Judge Anyiam asked.
Yella Beezy’s co-counsel, Toby Shook, has released the following statement to XXL about the decision: “Mr Gussio and I were pleased with the judge’s decision to lower the bond. We look forward to defending Mr. Conway in Court.”
Yella Beezy is accused of paying Kewon White to shoot and kill Mo3 as part of an ongoing beef between the two rappers. White was arrested a month after the shooting and is currently serving nine years in prison on gun charges connected to his arrest. White has yet to be tried for Mo3’s murder.
