Second project from Cape Breton Hip Hop Artist SHiFT FROM THA 902. ‘ This Ones For You ‘ is a big difference from the 2018 10 track self titled album. 

It starts with ‘ Inner Peace’ a song about finding inner peace that has a smooth chorus from rapper Frantik (Halifax , Ns) . 

‘ You Been Sleeping ‘ a song with three perspectives with a feature from a Canadian Hip Hop Veteran D.O Gibson (Toronto , Ont) & the upcoming Halifax emcee EPDMC (Halifax , Ns) with SHiFT touching on the subject of being away from hes son and the fear of dying young like hes brother. 

‘ M.O.E.’ Money Over Everything features long time collaborator Kloud N9 (Wekoqmaq FN , Ns) & ‘ Yeah , Yeah ‘ features Wolf Castle (Pabineau FN , NB) & Frantik (Halifax , Ns)  

‘ How I Live ‘ starts with SHiFT singing in the beginning of the first verse ” This is my moment , Ive been focused , rest in peace my bro and the old shit. ” a reference to the passing of hes brother after the release of his first album in 2018 and a statement that he’s moved on and is focused. 

‘Stuck In My Ways’ as much as SHiFT leaves the reservation where he grew up he’ll always be stuck in hes ways and the way of life he is used to for all these years.
